Clinical Apprentice - BCBA Fieldwork Program

Centria's Elevate Program offers a full-time, paid practicum for aspiring BCBA clinicians. You'll work as a BT or RBT with a three-stage path (Emerge, Empower, Ascend), receive supervision and mentorship, and gain real clinical ABA therapy experience with children and families in home/center/school settings. Compensation is $19-24 per hour with $2 increases at each stage, plus full benefits. The program includes tuition reimbursement up to $20,000 and a clear path to BCBA, with structured milestones and ongoing professional development.
