Supports building a lung transplant database and biobanking by gathering patient and donor data from Epic and UNOS, navigating the Penn chart to obtain data and consent patients, interacting with patients and families, obtaining informed consent, administering research questionnaires, processing samples (blood, BAL, pathology tissue) from recipients and donors, interpreting the electronic medical record, and managing/cleaning/displaying data in the database.
