Associate with 2-6+ years of substantial experience in private securities offerings and/or securitization or general bank lending (including syndicated lending), asset-backed lending and/or structured lending. CLO/ABS/CMBS experience is a plus but not required. Base salary range is $235,000 to $390,000 per year, with potential annual or discretionary bonuses. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off (relocation may be offered). Requires a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and U.S. Bar membership.
