Your Opportunity
Our Tax Transformation Office (Tax Forward) team is looking for a Co-op Student or Intern to join us for a 4 or 8-month work term starting in January 2027. This is a net new role and responsibilities will include:
Support Transformation Relationship Managers (TRMs) in their day-to-day engagement with Tax teams
Assist with gathering, organizing, and summarizing business inputs, challenges, and opportunities
Assist in the documentation of workflows, processes, and improvement opportunities across a range of initiatives
Support with translating business needs into clear problem statements and transformation ideas
Assist in preparing materials including presentations, summaries, trackers, and meeting documentation
Support with research and analysis related to transformation initiatives, pilots, and roadmap planning
Support with identifying themes and insights from stakeholder discussions, workshops, and feedback sessions
Assist with maintaining transformation artifacts such as intake logs, trackers, and initiative inventories
Support innovation initiatives through research, testing, and gathering feedback
Assist with coordination activities including scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-ups
Track progress, risks, dependencies, and next steps across multiple initiatives
Support change and adoption activities including communications and rollout materials

Your experience and education
You are currently working towards a degree or diploma in business, commerce, technology, analytics, or a related field
You have a strong interest in transformation, consulting, technology, or professional services
You have strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
You are comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
You have strong written and verbal communication skills
You are collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
The expected range of compensation for this role is $54,000 - $64,000.
