Co-op, Process Standardization & Delivery Automation in Mayfield Heights, OH. Full-time Jan-Aug 2027 (requires taking an academic term off). You will support standardization of project delivery globally through Visio process flows and templates (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), design methods to reduce rework, and develop automation deployment scripts in Python and C# for Industrial Switches and Virtual Machines. You will assist with lab hardware setup (PLCs, network switches, VMs) and help unify delivery guidance into a single execution model. Requires active enrollment in a 4-year or advanced degree and legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship). Hybrid role with in-office days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
