SRP is seeking a motivated College Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting IT operations in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. In this role, interns will monitor IT systems for software and hardware communication issues, assist internal employees with technical support inquiries, and help troubleshoot and resolve technology-related problems, while providing exceptional customer service and escalating issues as needed.
