Expansion Market Trainee - Commercial Banking is a year-long development program designed to launch careers in Commercial Banking. The program includes approximately one year embedded with Commerce Bank’s Corporate Commercial Banking teams at the St. Louis headquarters, with relocation to Nashville or Grand Rapids upon completion. Compensation is hourly, $28.85-$31.25, based on experience. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of financial services or sales experience; training provided. After the program, you’ll be transferred to an expansion market in Nashville or Grand Rapids; location in Clayton, MO during the program.
