The program includes a national induction and boot camp, global graduate program with 200+ graduates from 10+ countries, training with Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid, three rotations, and a program commencement on 27 January 2027. Eligibility includes a bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualification in a related field, full working rights in Australia or New Zealand, completion of undergraduate study within the last 3 years (2024-2026), and mobility to work on construction projects locally, regionally and interstate.
