JOB SUMMARY

ONEOK is seeking driven individuals to join our Communications team in entry-level roles, where you'll gain hands-on experience and learn more about communications in the energy industry.

As a Communications intern, you'll assist with a variety of tasks related to public relations, internal communications, and content creation. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of communication strategies that enhance organizational reputation and engagement.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Assist with drafting and editing internal and external communications, including press releases newsletters and social media content. - Contribute to the development and execution of communication plans and campaigns. - Help manage media relations, including coordinating with journalists and handling media inquiries and subsequent coverage. - Support the creation and maintenance of communication materials, such as presentations, reports, and promotional content. - Participate in the planning and coordination of company events and initiatives. - Aid in monitoring and analyzing communication effectiveness and public perception.

Experience: - Familiarity with communication tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and basic graphic design software is beneficial. Bachelor’s or higher degree related to the internship area should be under pursuit or have been obtained
