Construction Operations Analyst Intern - Summer 2027

Ten-week summer internship at Burlington Corporate Headquarters in New Jersey for Construction Operations. Hybrid schedule with required in-person programming. You will work with industry leaders on vendor strategy, relationships, financial analysis, and strategic planning; gain hands-on experience through shadowing days in construction operations; direct mentorship from a Construction Operations team member; opportunities to develop and present a capstone project to senior leadership; relocation benefits for eligible candidates. Responsibilities include assisting with vendor management, hosting QBRs, and financial analysis; supporting management with reporting; preparing presentations and dashboards; collaborating with cross-functional teams; and identifying process improvements. Requires current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Accounting or related field with expected graduation December 2027 through May 2028; proficiency in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel; strong analytical and problem solving skills; located in New Jersey with reliable transportation.
