Junior in Strategy & Value Creation – Operations supporting transformation projects for leading companies. Responsibilities include analyzing production and logistics processes to identify improvements; developing operational diagnostics and action plans in manufacturing, maintenance, quality and supply chain; participating in industrial digitization and end-to-end optimization of the supply chain; preparing economic models, data analyses and client presentations; collaborating with internal and client teams to implement solutions. Requirements: Industrial/Operations/Mathematics background; no required experience, up to 1 year in consulting or related fields valued; advanced Excel and PowerPoint; English C1; willingness to travel nationally and internationally (70-80%).
