QHSS Manager to serve as the Owner's representative for Quality Management Systems, Health, Safety, Security, compliance, and assurance across Alcazar Energy's renewable portfolio (Wind, Solar, BESS) with initial focus on utility-scale wind projects in Egypt and the Balkans; responsible for establishing and maintaining a framework for quality governance, H&S assurance, contractor oversight, auditing, reporting, and continuous improvement; lead and coordinate H&S personnel and ensure contractors and project stakeholders comply with contractual obligations, policies, regulations, and lender requirements; focus on systems and processes rather than construction activity, and monitor QHS performance across both construction and operations.
