The CORE (Corning Optical Rotational Engineering) Program is a one-year entry-level engineering rotation program for college graduates, featuring four rotations across Manufacturing and Operations (Make) and Innovation and Design (Invent). Start dates are in January, April, June, and September. Rotations may include Production Team Leadership, Process Engineering, Division Engineering, Planning and Scheduling, Development, and Engineering Services. Upon completion, participants are placed in a full-time position at a Corning Optical location.
