Job Description

Support and continuously improve the process of collection, validation, and facilitation of monthly Capital Expenditure Requests (CER), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Assist in the consolidation and development of the quarterly Capex forecast.

Partner with business stakeholders to develop and maintain Power BI Dashboards that support quality Capital Expenditure (Capex) report and decision making.

Prepare and improve the Product Categories performance report for the monthly Product Leadership Meeting (PLM), understanding product and commercial dynamics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Corporate FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Business Control, Manufacturing and Engineering to gain business insights, improve data quality, and enhance reporting processes.

For this role as a Corporate FP&A Intern - Capex & Innovation, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

Education

You are either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and residing in the Netherlands during the internship.

Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet's and an NDA agreement.

You are enrolled in a Master’s program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics.

Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and proficiency in speaking and written English. Having hands-on experience with food & beverage industry is a plus. Proficiency in data analytics tools, such as Power BI, Power Query, is a strong plus.

Personality: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.

Availability: You can commit 5 days a week during 6 months of the internship (March 2027 – August 2027). We offer you the opportunity to work 4 days in office and 1 day remotely, ensuring an ideal balance between collaboration and independence.
