During the 24-month apprenticeship, you will join Renault Group's After-Sales – Customer Experience, under the mentorship of a Business Manager responsible for the Assistance portfolio. You will participate in commercial development, analysis & reporting, and strategic projects, while collaborating with marketing, IT, network, corporate, and sales teams to ensure coordinated actions.
