Seasonal Culinary Externship at Silo Ridge Field Club in Amenia, NY. Seasonal dates are Summer Semester (April to Sept) or Fall Semester (Sept to December). Extern will work across all kitchen stations, assist with food preparation, ensure standard recipes are followed, and maintain cleanliness while complying with safety standards. Enrollment in an accredited Culinary or Hospitality program is required; ServSafe certified; ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
