For our financial department we are currently looking for Sales Back Office Junior Specialist.

Tasks and Qualifications: Your Responsibility:

Preparation of sales orders in SAP system within target and tracking it in CRM systems

Issuing invoices accurately reflecting terms and price from orders/tickets requested

Contract preparation and creation in CRM systems

Supporting of contract renewals creation

Purchase Requisition creation

Timely distribution of invoices to customers via correct communication channel

Close cooperation with Account Managers, local customer service team

Your Skills and Expertise:

Good interpersonal and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to handle priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Finance would be an asset

Good command of English, both written and spoken; Spanish would be an asset.
