Job Description

Office is located within Platinum Business & Convention Centre, Sector 1, full time and on site.

Job objectives

To ensure that the billing for services provided by Expeditors to the customer is as accurate as possible and in accordance with internal documents

 Understand the client’s profile, needs, and expectations

 Maintain the existing business relationship and continuously strive to improve it

 Build a strategic and mutually beneficial relationship with the customer

Assist the branch accounting manager with routine accounting tasks to ensure the delivery of high-quality accounting services in accordance with departmental requirements.

Match information in proprietary system to invoices

Handles dedicated mailboxes

Update statements

Identify and escalate to partner branches problem invoices

Build key relationships with partner branches in order to quickly resolve invoice issues

File invoices, statements and any accounting related documents when necessary

Support Accounting Department and/or Product with miscellaneous projects and assignments

Ensure communication with local branches

Qualifications
