Development Data and Research Intern ( Fall 2026)

Summer 2026 Development Intern in Silver Spring, MD to support the IRC’s development programming with donor prospecting, research, data collection and grant management. Responsibilities include donor outreach, updating prospecting and proposal trackers, drafting grant proposals, and participating in grant program trainings. Minimum qualifications include pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree with strong writing and research skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Internship is unpaid with potential per diem reimbursement ($15/day); requires in-person work in Silver Spring with a minimum 22.5 hours per week and at least 15 hours on-site. Orientation for Summer 2026 on June 1, 2026. Applications due May 22, 2026.
