We are looking for a motivated engineering student to join our 55nm RRAM development team. This internship provides hands-on experience in advanced semiconductor memory technology, focusing on RRAM device characterization, modeling, and data analysis. The intern will work closely with device engineers to evaluate RRAM bitcell performance, perform electrical measurements, and support SPICE model development for next-generation embedded non-volatile memory applications.
