IOM is seeking diaspora experts for the project Leveraging the Potential of Diaspora to Advance EU Accession and Labour Mobility in the Western Balkans (2025–2027). The engagement may include short-term expert visits to North Macedonia to share EU-related expertise, support institutional reforms, and contribute to capacity development aligned with the EU acquis. Applicants are expected to possess technical expertise related to EU acquis chapters and related thematic areas.
