Two-year Technician Apprenticeship program to train entry-level diesel technicians across the United States. The program starts with nine (9) weeks of company-paid training at the Republic Services Technical Institute in Dallas, TX, followed by twenty-two (22) months of on-the-job training toward apprentice certification as an entry-level Diesel Mechanic. It offers paid in-shop training with mentorship, subsidized housing during training in Dallas, and nationwide placement, with guaranteed consideration for a full-time technician position upon graduation. Eligible employees can participate in comprehensive medical benefits coverage, dental and vision, retirement plan with company match, PTO and other benefits.
