We are looking for a motivated Digital Innovation Intern to join our global Digital Innovation team and gain hands-on experience in digital transformation, intelligent automation, artificial intelligence, and business process optimization.

What You'll Do:

As a Digital Innovation Intern, you will:

Gain practical experience in Digital Innovation, Transformation, Intelligent Automation, and AI-enabled productivity solutions

Help identify opportunities for automation by analyzing how work is currently performed and spotting repetitive, manual, and time-consuming activities

Learn and apply technologies related to business process automation, agentic automation, and data analytics

Support the Digital Innovation team with daily activities and strategic projects focused on automation and artificial intelligence

Participate in automation and AI initiatives that improve productivity across the organization

Contribute ideas to simplify processes and enhance operational efficiency

Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders from different functions and locations

Take ownership of assigned projects while developing professional and technical skills

What You'll Bring:

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field

Strong interest in digital technologies, automation, AI, and business transformation

Eagerness to learn Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft Fabric

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and a structured approach to work

Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and learn independently

Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken

Availability to work part-time or full-time during the internship period

Interest in gaining experience within a global manufacturing and technology company
