Driver Trainee will be trained by Republic Services to obtain a commercial driver’s license (CDL) and transition into a Driver position in one of the company’s lines of business after completing the program. The training includes classroom study, on-route training, driving experience, and resources to take the CDL examination, followed by a 12-month employment period after CDL attainment. Eligible roles include Residential, Commercial, Industrial, or Roll-Off.
