A Driver Trainee is trained to obtain a CDL and transition into a Driver role across Republic Services' residential, commercial, industrial, or roll-off lines of business upon successful completion of the program. The program includes classroom study, on-route training, driving experience, and resources to take the CDL exam; after obtaining CDL, 12 months of employment is required.
