Driver Trainee will be trained by Republic Services to obtain a CDL and then assume the Driver role in Residential, Commercial, Industrial or Roll-Off. Training includes classroom study, on-route training, driving experience, and resources (including a loaner truck) to take the CDL examination; after CDL is obtained, the employee will be moved into a Driver position with the company. The position requires twelve (12) months of employment after obtaining a CDL. Pay range is $17.80 to $19.57 per hour.
