We are seeking an E-commerce Analyst Intern who will gain experience in the management and procedures of a global-scale website. The role involves supporting the e-commerce coordinator, overseeing daily business activities, running sales analysis to identify opportunities, and supporting the growth of the website. Main responsibilities include KPI analysis, periodic price analysis, benchmarking and forecasting; supporting the recurrent reporting process to top management; leveraging internal and external data sources to identify gaps/opportunities; managing website pages and ensuring quality checks of the user experience; collaborating with Analytics, Site Merchandising, Operations, UX, CRO, and Program Manager to plan and execute initiatives; overseeing tasks and participating in testing sessions.
