Early Career Traineeship- Tendering

Job Description SummaryThe Early Career Training is a 6-12 months program and it is an investment in young talents where GE Vernova trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a GE Vernova business. The traineeship duration varies upon business requirement and will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures.

Job Description Responsibilities

Support tendering activities

According to the requirements of the bidding documents, complete the corresponding tendering documents and cost calculation on time.

Prepare Estimate Analysis Sheet (EAS) and offer to meet the price/market price data, when possible, in liaison with the Sales.

Initiate workflows for the booking process.

Comply with Quality Procedures, work instructions and processes.

Organize communication and collaboration with others supplying units, PLs’ regional organization such as GIS, PTR, AIS, M&D, and with other GE units such as Power, Hydro and Renewable.

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:

Fresh graduates with up to 2 years of experience. • BS Engineering – Electrical or related engineering back ground preferred • Active listener with good communication skills in English. • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Proactive with high level of integrity. • Strives to achieve Project goals and Customer satisfaction. • A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams.
