The Early Career Programs Specialist will work to assist in the training and coordination for Axos Early Career Programs and campus recruitment. They work closely with the Early Career Programs Manager and HR team to identify the skills and competencies needed for entry-level positions and design programs that provide training, mentorship, and career development opportunities to help early career employees succeed. They also evaluate the effectiveness of these programs and make improvements as needed.
