EMPLOYEE BENEFITS CONSULTING INTERNSHIP

Internship program with Mercer in the Consulting team (Barcelona office). The program focuses on acquiring knowledge related to the development and support of the placement of insurance policies (Civil Liability and Damages) and supporting Business Development and the commercial team. Under the supervision of a tutor, you will: optimize and define asset allocation; benchmark and measure performance; advise on the investment cycle, market and asset selection; and processes for selecting asset managers. Requirements: pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial (penultimate or final year) or related postgraduate studies in Banking/Finance; excellent written and spoken English; interest in financial markets; solid knowledge of financial mathematics; computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
