Summer 2026 Employment & Skill-Building Intern for IRC in Silver Spring, MD. Unpaid internship with potential per diem reimbursement at $15/day. Requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week with at least 15 hours on-site and in-person at the Silver Spring office. Orientation on June 1, 2026. Responsibilities include assessing new clients, conducting job-readiness and information sessions, assisting with public benefit applications, resume/cover letter creation, employer outreach, and data entry. Learning objectives include gaining US resettlement agency experience, training and communication with stakeholders, and understanding programs and public benefits for humanitarian immigrants.
