EMS Issuer Services Advisor Trainee

Location: Dublin

You will be primarily responsible for:

Reviewing and processing listings of debt securities received via MyEuronext

Preparing and publishing admission notices for listing and trading across all products

Providing ongoing maintenance for securities once listed

Supporting and coordinating with clients to ensure a high standard of service

Delivering Company Announcement Services and fulfilling Officially Appointed Mechanism (OAM) obligations

Your profile

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in finance, business, law or a related field

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks

Proactive approach to problem solving and client service

Comfortable using digital platforms and learning new systems

Fluency in English is required
