Work side by side with engineering professionals to learn to contribute on a project team

Develop an understanding of the new product development environment and how you will apply the skills you’ve acquired through your education

Work with leading edge technology to develop sophisticated electronic measurement instruments

Work with state-of-the-art development tools

Experience new product development from beginning to end not just a niche

At TSI, here’s just some of the experience opportunities:

Construct, evaluate, and troubleshoot prototype devices

Oscilloscope probing techniques

Record test results, numerical and graphical data, and recommendations

Use CAD software to support engineering activities

Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics

Soldering skills

Qualifications and Skills:

Major/Program:  Electronic Technology or Robotics

Maintain a minimum CUM 3.0 GPA (based on a 4.0 scale)

Student Status:  Currently enrolled as a full-time student

Comfortable in a lab environment

Strong desire to learn, self-motivated

Naturally high attention to detail, good organization skills

Pay & Benefits:

12-week (approx.) internship program – Summer 2027

This position pays an hourly rate of $19.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

Interns work approximately 40 hours each week during the internship

Eligible for time off in compliance with applicable state laws
