Position Responsibilities:
Design and development of state-of-the art digital circuit & unit hardware / digital electronics for aerospace applications
Duties will include electronics design, requirements and interface definition, modeling and analysis, testing, performance and design verification
Technical support for production and test of electronic products
Support projects involving Electronics design
Maintain detailed requirements and specifications for various electronic products
Develop detailed designs of limited scope
Conducts various methods of testing and analysis to support design
Capture data for technical performance measures and performs basic analysis
Provide basic engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the product. Conducts trade studies and literature research to support future product designs
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
Experience or coursework with Analog or Digital Electronics, Circuits, or Hardware
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
Industry experience with digital electronics hardware development; Circuit design and analysis experience
Experience in designing, analyzing and testing complex Electronic Circuit Card Assemblies and Units: including generating schematics, performing IR drop, signal integrity and timing analysis
Experience with schematic capture and layout rules, and circuit analysis tools
Firmware, Microprocessor or other Hardware oriented experience can be helpful
Active Top Secret or Top Secret/SCI

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor), or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
