Entry Level for ONSC Process Engineering (Bachelor)

Location: Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Lead NPI and EBR from feasibility review through engineering build, qualification, and initial manufacturing release. Coordinate cross-functional activities, perform DOE, guard-band validation, and process window confirmation to support qualification decisions. Prepare NPI deliverables, support management reviews, and handover to Process or sustaining engineering. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Engineering, Physics, or related field; familiarity with semiconductor assembly, packaging, process flow, equipment capability, product qualification, and manufacturing documentation. Proficient in Excel, JMP, Minitab, Power BI; knowledge of DOE, SPC, FMEA, control plan, OCAP, 8D problem solving; English communication required; Chinese preferred for China-based interactions.
