ACCIONA’s Environment & Sustainability Graduate Program in Australia combines real project experience, structured learning, and global collaboration. It includes a national induction and boot camp, three rotations, and international training with Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid. On average, ACCIONA Australia & New Zealand welcomes about 100 new graduates each year. Eligibility includes a relevant degree, full working rights in Australia or New Zealand, recent undergraduate completion (2024–2026), and mobility to work on construction projects locally, regionally and interstate. The program commences on 27 January 2027, with applications closing 20 September 2026.
