AGCO is seeking a highly talented Environmental, Health, and Safety Intern to join our dynamic Environmental, Health & Safety team in Hesston, Kansas. Join AGCO’s team and make a meaningful impact on safety.
Your Impact
Support the development and implementation of safety programs and procedures that promote a strong safety culture across the facility.
Assist with ergonomic assessments and improvement initiatives to help create a safer and more efficient work environment.
Participate in safety and environmental audits to help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Review, update, and develop employee training materials that strengthen safety awareness and knowledge.
Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and workplace evaluations to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to commute to the Hesston, Kansas work location daily.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Interest in environmental health and safety practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Previous internship, co-op, campus leadership, or relevant part-time work experience is preferred.
