20-24 week credit-bearing university internship in Metrology/Equipment Engineering at GlobalFoundries, located in SGP - Woodlands, Singapore. Project focuses on wafer sorter tool alarms and robot drift hit rate reduction, including metrology fundamentals, sorter/robot operations, alarm handling workflows, and CIP/tool maintenance.
