ERM is seeking a junior ESG/EHS due diligence consultant to join the ESG Advisory & Transaction Services team in Japan (Yokohama). Responsibilities include ESG, EHS and environmental due diligence assessments, data collection, site visits, reporting, and supporting sustainability advisory projects. Requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, basic ESG/EHS knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and native Japanese with business-level English.
