Exotic Nuclei Theory Student Research Assistant (On-site) at TRIUMF, Vancouver, BC. Focus on development and application of theoretical and AI/machine-learning methods to explore exotic nuclei, or beyond-standard-model physics with neutrinos and dark matter, and searches for symmetry violation using radioactive molecules. The student will run and interpret leading-edge nuclear theory calculations, gain experience with high-performance computing, and may design/extend computational infrastructure or optimize existing codes. On-site collaboration with experimental colleagues; term January 4, 2027–April 30, 2027 (possible 4-month extension). Salary ranges from $2815 to $4238 per month.
