Job Description

Welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner while ensuring the company security policy on visitor handling

Handle calls to the company in a professional manner

Handle mails, couriers, etc. and deliver accordingly

Manage meeting room booking

Manage company taxi cards and parking services

Manage stationery for the office

Check and verify bills, expenses; make payment request to the suppliers

Support internal staff-sales and other events of the company.

Qualifications

3rd or 4th student who could join full-time

Official university recommendation letter with the university stamp (mandatory). This document will be required after you successfully pass Bosch's interview process.

Internship Model: Full-time or at least 4 days/week

Good ability of English communication

Strong customer focus

Capable of MS office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
