One-year, full-time, embedded fellowship designed to support identification, design, and delivery of interventions to improve outcomes for smallholder farmers. The role is remote-first with housing and travel to country team locations, on-the-job training and close mentorship, and exposure to the full arc of impact work from research and design through to implementation and evaluation. It includes fieldwork across multiple countries.
