Build a broad foundation in finance and accounting through hands-on rotations across critical business functions. Over four six-month assignments in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance AI & BI, Pricing & Estimating, and Accounting, you'll partner directly with business teams, build real analytical and technical skills, and gain the perspective needed to identify where you want to grow long-term.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support planning and leadership reporting

Build and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and data tools to surface performance insights

Analyze cost drivers, labor rates, and inputs to support bids and proposals

Support account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close procedures

Collaborate across departments to gather and validate data that informs decision-making

Deliver clear, well-organized presentations to mentors and leadership across each assignment

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field

Strong Excel proficiency and foundational coursework in finance and/or accounting

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to adapt across different functional areas

Desired

Exposure to financial modeling, SQL, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), Python, or ERP/accounting software through coursework or projects

Leadership experience in a student organization, internship, or professional setting

Interest in the aerospace or private space industry

Base Pay Range for

WA applicants is $69,711.00 - $97,595.40

Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
