Graduate Programme – Finance Transformation Analyst in Jarinu, Brazil. The Sibelco Global Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational program with two one-year assignments in key operational and commercial roles, providing hands-on experience and early exposure to strategic decision-making. Participants receive a permanent contract from the start (full-time) and relocation support. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data; supporting finance projects including integration planning, SAP implementation tracking, TSA execution, and KPI monitoring; developing management dashboards and performance reports; and driving transformation across functions. Graduates must be open to spending part of the programme in locations other than Jarinu within South America.
