You will be part of the Finance team, working on real projects and contributing to the preparation of reports, forecasts, and strategic analyses.
Job Description
What you will do:
Support the preparation of monthly reports and forecasts of key economic and production indicators.
Collaborate in variance analysis (actual costs vs. standard costs), identifying areas for improvement.
Learn how to use advanced reporting tools (Excel, SAP, Power BI, etc.).
Participate in product costing and in updating profit and loss statements.
Contribute to the monitoring of industrial KPIs (production efficiency, indirect costs, etc.).
Work closely with other departments (production, logistics, quality) to understand data sources and support analyses.
What you will learn:
The fundamentals of industrial management control in a structured environment.
How to read and interpret financial reports and performance data.
How to use digital tools and quantitative analysis methodologies.
How to work within a finance team and communicate effectively with multiple departments.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Strong interest in management control, financial analysis, and business performance.
Good analytical skills and a strong aptitude for working with numbers and data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Basic understanding of financial statements and cost accounting principles.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in Italian; good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
Curiosity, proactivity, and a continuous learning mindset.
