12-week paid journalism fellowship at a Hearst Television station for aspiring producers. You’ll learn from senior leaders, work on real projects, and receive mentoring designed to start your career path. After completing the program, you’ll be offered a full-time newscast producing position at one of Hearst’s stations. You’ll be paid approximately $769 per week during the 12-week program and will be responsible for your own housing, though the station will assist in identifying local housing.
