British American Tobacco Ukraine has an exciting opportunity for a Global Graduate Programme in Finance.

Our Finance Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional commercial skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the BAT Finance departments of Commercial, Operations, Corporate work together to achieve outstanding business results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

18-month program to prepare for managerial after the programme and senior managerial roles in the future

What are we looking for?

Have an university degree or equivalent ((Finance/ Economics or similar)

Max 3 years of relevant work and/or internship experiences

Have strong analytical skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office pack- especially Excel and Power Point

Possess strong intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background

Are internationally mobile

Have positive and constructive attitude are driven and ambitious

Are an inspiring and engaging individual

Speak Ukrainian and English fluently
