We’re looking for a Global Marketing Communications Intern (Philips Hue) to join our Global Marketing Consumer team in Eindhoven.

As a Global Marketing Communications Intern (Philips Hue) you’ll be helping launch innovative products in the market, craft global communication campaigns and be highly involved in the creation and delivery of social media content for Philips Hue, the global leader and pioneer in the consumer smart lighting category. You will be responsible for working on content linked to lifestyle, home design, entertainment, technology, smart lighting, and will have the chance to experience the dynamics of this rapidly changing business and market landscape firsthand!

What you’ll do

Actively take part in campaign development and product launches, where you’ll help with the creation of content and impactful assets for Philips Hue.

Responsible for creating content for TikTok and Instagram, from conceptualising to filming content and analysing the results together with the social media manager.

Liaise with agencies, third parties and internal stakeholders.

Support the team with content improvement, day to day activities and ad hoc requests.

Your qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or a master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing Management or any related field.

Experienced in creating video content for Instagram and TikTok. Experience with Photoshop/ InDesign is a plus.

A self-starter who has a creative flare, pays attention to detail and is passionate about digital marketing.

A proactive, confident student and a good communicator.

A fast learner who is also passionate about learning and assessing how to apply your theoretical knowledge in a dynamic, innovative, and fast-paced environment.

Excellent (or native) English speaker, with strong written and verbal communication skills (preferably American English).

Ready to learn on the job and not required to do a thesis (internship assignments are possible).

You are available to do an internship for at least 4 months, preferably longer.

EU students: To be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of this may be requested at any time.

Non-EU students in Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student, and your university needs to sign the Nuffic Agreement. The internship needs to be a compulsory part of your studies (receive ECTS in turn). In case of non-compulsory internship, you need to have a letter from the university in which it states that your internship contributes to your personal development, what your learning goals are, and what tasks you will undertake during your internship. The letter has to be signed and stamped by your university.
