Co-op/Intern, Global Portfolio Management based in Vancouver, reporting to the Associate, Global Portfolio Management, and supporting the management of QuadReal's portfolio with a focus on the Canadian portfolio. Responsibilities include preparing internal reporting packages, summarizing portfolio performance and delivering insights to key stakeholders (including QuadReal's Board of Directors and senior management) on a quarterly basis; analyzing quarterly reports and investment documents; assisting in annual budgeting; contributing to year-end reporting; supporting the valuations team, capital forecasting, and development pipelines; collaborating with Treasury, FP&A, and international teams to align reporting and forecasting; providing ad hoc analytical support; and working with Investment teams to analyze portfolio impact of potential transactions.
