Kraft Heinz Global Manufacturing Trainee Program (GMT) in Guadalajara (Tlaquepaque) – a 12-month, 100% on-site rotation through Production, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and Logistics. Trainees earn a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and gain end-to-end business exposure. Eligible majors include Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, International Business, Product/Industrial Design, and Environmental Management with a Bachelor's degree; graduation between December 2023 and December 2026. Start date January 2027. Application due October 5, 2026. Relocation expenses are not covered. Mobility is available for future location changes during and after the program. English language requirement: advanced/fluent/conversational English.
